Please use the following chart to select your pew(s). You may click on the image to enlarge it. Each pew is labeled with an identifying code, e.g. NBR-4. Please list your pew choice and two alternate choices in the fields below. If you are interested in more than one pew, please submit a separate request for each. Pews will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are unable to provide you with your top choice, we will assign an alternate based on the selections you provide. Nameplates will be installed on a periodic basis and you will be notified when your nameplate is installed.
Nameplates will be installed on each dedicated pew with the inscription requested by the donor.
The first line of all inscriptions will read "In Memory of," "In Honor of," or "Sponsored by". Please indicate how you would like to word the rest of your inscription in the fields below.
You may request up to three additional lines with 27 characters per line.
